FLOWERS & GROUND COVERS
Golden Eyed Daisy
Compositae
Viguiera stenoloba
Golden Eyed Daisy is a large (2 - 4 feet) plant
with thin leafed foliage. It blooms from early summer until frost with many yellow daisy
flowers. Its foliage is very aromatic; therefore, the deer do not like to eat this
plant. Since it is a native of the Big Bend area of Texas, this daisy likes to
be well drained and is very drought tolerant. |
